Conference Overview

Reznick Group is pleased to announce our 9th Annual Conference: Real Estate and Renewable Energy Markets Forum, August 24-25th, 2010 in Atlanta, GA.

An outstanding group of industry leaders will present and discuss in depth the critical challenges and opportunities facing today’s real estate and renewable energy markets. Hear a state of the markets overview (including capital markets and legislative updates) and in-depth discussions in three key areas: affordable housing, commercial real estate and renewable energy.

This Forum offers a unique setting for industry professionals to meet, network and discover vital new information and strategies for rapidly changing real estate and renewable energy industries. As always, the goal is to share critical industry insights that provide value for investors, developers, real estate owners, independent power producers, mortgage originators and service providers, contractors, community and local government officials and others.

Topics will include design, requirements under existing housing and other programs, and incentives such as tax credits and loan programs.

This session will focus on incentives and programs for operating expenditures such as maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and retrofitting existing buildings. Topics will include energy audits, utility allowances and techniques to lower energy costs on the operations side.
