With more than 15 years of audit, finance, tax and accounting experience, Ahamadou Bocar is an audit principal servicing clients in a variety of industries with a focus on tax advantaged real estate, governmental agencies, and renewable Energy. His clients include state agencies, housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, renewable energy developers (solar, biomass and wind), mortgage companies, tax credit syndicators, and commercial and residential real estate owners and developers. His is involved with New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Historic Tax Credit projects. In addition, Ahamadou is experienced in private equity, debt offerings and capital structuring associated with real estate and renewable energy development and financing.

Ahamadou serves as audit principal or concurring review principal for a wide variety of clients and services including financial statements audits in accordance with GAAS, Yellow Book, HUD, and OMB Circular A-133, consulting and analysis of transactions, assessing organizational structures and making recommendations to strengthen internal control and revenue recognition procedures, and compliance with governmental contracts and regulations.
