Alex Castelli, CPA, Office Managing Principal

With more than 21 years of experience managing commercial enterprise engagements and servicing privately held companies as well as clients with SEC reporting and filing requirements, Alex Castelli serves as the Managing Principal of Reznick Group's Tysons Corner office and chairs the firm's Growth Markets Practice. He provides audit, accounting, tax and advisory services, and is one of the leaders of the firm's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts. His clients include venture-backed companies, early and later stage companies, SEC reporting companies and employee benefit plans.

Alex has extensive experience in audit, accounting and reporting issues relating to public operational and development stage entities. He provides services to clients in the formulation of policies and procedures and the coordination of obtaining financing. Alex actively participates with his clients in the identification and resolution of financial reporting issues.

Alex works with early-stage entrepreneurs, later-stage multi-state companies, and private and publicly traded companies. His client roster includes software development, Internet-related, distribution, manufacturing and telecommunications firms. Prior to joining Reznick Group, Alex served as a controller for a national retail clothing chain and worked with a Big Four accounting firm.
