Craig Birmingham, CPA, Principal

With more than 30 years of experience advising and servicing clients within the real estate industry, Craig Birmingham is a senior principal in the firm’s real estate tax and accounting practice in the Bethesda office. Craig’s experience includes coordinating tax, financial planning and audits for a variety of clients, including general contractors, sub-contractors, developers, real estate partnerships, property management companies and closely held companies. Specific areas of  Craig's experience include corporate structuring and restructuring, succession planning and maximizing the benefits of closely held real estate portfolios.

Craig leads the firm’s contractor and sub-contractor support practice.  In this role, he offers his clients a variety of services which include supervising tax strategy and planning, audit engagements, investment analysis and planning, financial forecasting, consulting on existing accounting and management reporting systems, bonding and banking needs, coordinating with legal counsel, and consulting on benchmarking practices and industry standards.
