Jeffrey F. Cunningham, CPA, Principal
With more than 18 years of experience, Jeff Cunningham is a principal in Reznick Group’s Chicago office. He specializes in audits of governmental entities, affordable housing real estate and tax credit funds. In addition, he also has experience in the construction, not-for-profit and banking industries. Other services he provides to clients include assessing their internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
Jeff has developed and taught real estate audit training classes and his most recent training class on auditing affordable housing real estate clients has been expanded into a firm-wide training class. In addition, Jeff developed the audit programs for compliance with OMB Circular A-133 requirements at a previous accounting firm. He is also a speaker at many recruiting events.
Prior to joining Reznick Group in 2001, Jeff worked for national and local CPA firms in Michigan where his clients included those in governmental, construction, manufacturing and not-for-profit industries. He holds CPA licenses in Georgia and Michigan.
