Kelli Winter is a principal in Reznick Group’s audit practice. Based in the Atlanta office, she primarily handles audits for clients in the construction and real estate industries with a specific focus on commercial real estate, public/private ventures, low-income housing, and projects regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Kelli began her career in public accounting by working with clients in the same real estate and healthcare arenas. She then spent the next 10 years in progressive financial management roles with private and nonprofit companies before returning to her accounting roots. She has extensive experience with financial modeling, cash flow projections and business valuations.
