Lynn B. Hounslow, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Lynn Hounslow serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Reznick Group, where she is primarily responsible for financial planning and record-keeping as well as financial reporting to firm management.  Lynn has more than 26 years of accounting and financial management experience for public and private industries. 

Prior to joining Reznick Group, Lynn served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Maryland Federal Bancorp, Inc. and Maryland Federal Bank, where she was responsible for accounting and budgetary control, regulatory compliance, asset/liability and risk management, tax reporting and stockholder relations.  Her experience has also included serving as a partner with Stoy, Malone and Company, a firm that specializes in financial, real estate and nonprofit industry regulations and applicable accounting principles.  In that capacity, Lynn was instrumental in managing all aspects of audit engagements, including preparing and presenting proposals to Boards of Directors, preparation and review of financial statements, initial public offerings and regulatory filings.

Throughout her career, Lynn has remained active in a number of local community organizations including serving as Past President and current Board Member of the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and as a Volunteer Information Specialist for the Smithsonian Institution.
