Peter M. Hodgson CPA, CFA, Principal

Peter Hodgson is a principal in the Bethesda office of Reznick Group, and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting for national, regional and local firms. This experience includes extensive work with audit, accounting and taxation engagements in various industries including real estate, not for profit and employee benefit plans.

Peter is responsible for the conduct and management of cost certification audit engagements for mortgagors and contractors with government insured mortgages, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Historical Tax Credit Cost Certification audit engagements. He also consults on issues such as Sec. 42 compliance, debt service analysis, cash flow analysis, sale and acquisition of real estate projects, and compliance with HUD regulations, and performs tax planning services for individual and business clients, negotiation of fees for all billing and collections engagements, and new business development. He is an active member of the Bethesda Transportation Solutions Advisory Committee, and the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce Community Development Committee.
