
Rick Suid is a Principal in the Atlanta office audit and assurance practice and has more than 14 years of accounting experience. With a heavy concentration in real estate throughout his career, Rick’s clients include residential and commercial real estate developers, affordable housing real estate syndicators and real estate funds. His other audit clients include nonprofit companies, restaurants, healthcare facilities and professional service firms.
In connection with his experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Industry, Rick is responsible for supervising audits, reviews, and various agreed upon procedures reports. He has real estate consulting experience in the areas of structuring deals, identifying equity providers and lenders, analyzing term sheets, initial syndication, due diligence, and review of financial models. He also has industry experience in single family homebuilding and land development with a regional homebuilder as well as commercial real estate with one of the world’s largest real estate development, management and investment firms.
Rick is actively involved with the firm’s college and professional recruitment program and with the professional development of audit staff, designing and teaching various training courses.
