Risa (Guber) Lavine, Principal, National Director of Human Resources

Risa (Guber) Lavine is a Principal with Reznick Group where she serves as the Principal in charge of the firm’s Human Resources. Risa’s expertise includes leadership development, workforce planning, strategic recruitment and innovative, people-centric practices and thought leadership. She has been a member of Reznick Group’s leadership team for 21 years.

Risa is directly responsible for the implementation of all national human resources initiatives and directives, advising senior management and the operating committee on all matters of importance to the firm’s strategic needs with respect to human capital. She is also responsible for internal and external Web and video content, as well as all communications relating to all employment and retention issues, driving such innovations as next-generation initiatives and firm-wide human resources policies and procedures.    

Prior to joining Reznick Group, Risa was a member of Communications Satellite Corp. and INTELSAT, an international telecommunications firm headquartered in Washington, D.C.
