Stephen Shumrak, CPA, Principal

Stephen Shumrak is a Principal with Reznick Group’s accounting and audit practice. He has been providing audit and accounting services for more than 30 years to clients in the affordable housing industry, nonprofit organizations and government entities. He has experience with HUD, state finance agency debt, tax exempt bond financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credist, Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits.  Stephen also offers his clients other services such as consulting and analysis of client transactions, making constructive suggestions to improve client operations and compliance auditing.
