William T. Tilling, PMP, Principal

William T. Tilling, PMP, is a principal in Reznick Group's Boston office. He has 23 years of experience in real estate consulting serving banks, real estate finance companies, private investment firms and state pension funds. His experience encompasses strategy and policy development, operational assessments, process design and improvement, quality control and assurance, risk assessments and internal controls. He also has extensive knowledge of program compliance and monitoring, due diligence and asset management.

William primarily works with finance and investment institutions that participate in federal government lending and tax credit investment programs through HUD FHA, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the U.S. Treasury (CDEs and CDFIs). He has specific experience in the design, implementation and execution of complex programs in both the public and private sectors.

From 2005 - 2010, William led teams that designed and administered multiple disaster recovery housing programs, distributing approximately $2 billion in federally funded loans and grants along the Gulf Coast region in response to hurricanes Katrina, Ike, Rita and Gustav. William is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
