Q: Do you offer summer internships?

Q: How many hours do interns work?

Reznick Group offers part-time and full-time internships depending on office and work group. Check with your local recruiting contact for more information.

Q: How much overtime do your new associates work during busy season and the rest of the year?

The average amount of hours a new associate works during busy season is anywhere between 45-60 hours a week. During the rest of the year they average 40 hours per week unless on a special engagement.

Q: How do I apply?

Apply through your school’s online campus recruiting system. Please see your Career Services department for details. If we do not recruit at your school, please email campus.recruiting@reznickgroup.com and be sure to specify which office you are interested in.

Q: Who will I interview with?

Candidates will interview with an Audit or Tax Manager or Principal or a member of human resources.

Q: How long after the interview do I have to wait to find out about an offer?

Some schools have rules about when offers can go out and for how long the offer must remain open. Please ask your local recruiting contact for more details

Q: Is there a minimum GPA requirement to work for your firm?

We look for students with at least a 3.0 GPA. However, we will consider individuals with lower GPA depending on their individual college and work experience.

Q: What is the starting salary?

Our pay rates are determined by local market conditions. Salary information is confidential, but we offer very competitive rates for both our interns and associates.

Q: What about travel?

Travel depends on the work group/clients/team you are assigned to. We encourage each candidate to speak with someone from the group you would like to work for to get a better feel for travel expectations.

Q: How do I get promoted?

Promotions are based on performance, not tenure. So it’s up to you how quickly you move up….if you work hard and the results are there, get ready to start climbing the ladder and don’t look down! . Not everyone is the same, but the typical career path follows this track:

  • Associate (2-4 years)
  • Senior Associate (3-6 years)
  • Manager (3-6 years)
  • Senior Manager (3-7 years)
  • Principal
