Basil P. Rallis, Rallis Group, LLC – Seattle, WA

 
Rallis Group, LLC, was formed in October 2010 to provide specialized services to developers, institutional investors, lenders and private equity investors in real estate, with a primary focus in affordable housing.  The specific areas are:

  • Acquisition and disposition services related to consents and partnership restructurings and evaluations;
  • Providing debt and equity sources for acquisition, and repositioning opportunities;
  • Operational consulting and right-sizing analysis of real estate operating companies;
  • Work-out and restructuring of real estate partnership

Prior to forming Rallis Group, Basil was the Managing Director of Cascade Affordable Housing, and was primarily responsible for the acquisition General Partner’s interests in affordable housing partnerships in over 20,000 units in 21 states.  As part of those duties he was instrumental in the structuring of a $200,000,000 institutional fund for investment in affordable housing.  Currently a  Board Member of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association and has previously participated in Reznick Group Developer Summit meeting as a panel member on General Partner Transfers.  A graduate of the University of Southern California, with a B.S.in Business  and an M.B.A in Finance.
