Carl L. Powell, Integral Urban Investments LLC

Mr. Powell serves as President and COO of Integral Urban Investments LLC and Executive Vice President of The Integral Group, LLC.  In this role, he is responsible for the investment management activities of the Company which includes Integral Urban Fund I, L.P. and Integral’s New Markets Tax Credit Program, the Integral Urban New Markets CDE.  He oversees the daily management, operations and investing activities for the private equity funds and new market tax credits funds.  Mr. Powell has extensive strategic and operational expertise in Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions.  He also has 5 years of strategic consulting experience with Monitor Company, a global strategy consulting firm advising Fortune 50 companies including Merck, Coca–Cola, British Petroleum, and Washington Gas and Light.   He has assisted with several billion dollars of acquisition, disposition and investment activities over the past 15 years.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Hall of Fame Graduate from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Accounting.  He serves on the boards of The Trust for Public Land-Atlanta and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District.  He is also a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals.
