Kevin Beattie, Reznick Group

Kevin Beattie is a tax manager in Reznick Group’s Baltimore office.  With over 9 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to his clients, Kevin brings a diverse background in partnership taxation that includes a thorough understanding of new markets tax credits (NMTC), historic tax credits and low income housing tax credits.  With a primary focus on advising clients in the NMTC industry, Kevin’s client base includes Community Development Entities, tax credit syndicators, developers and investors.  He is recognized as an authority within Reznick Group on NMTC tax issues, is one of the core members of the firm’s NMTC practice and has spoken at firm sponsored workshops and written numerous newsletter articles on a variety of NMTC tax topics.
