Bethesda Office Receives Green Business Certification

 

Reznick Group's Bethesda headquarters has been certified as a Green Business as part of the Montgomery County Green Business Certification Program.

"We are especially proud to receive this designation," said Bethesda Office Co-Managing Principal Jim Martinko.

The first accounting firm to earn the certification in Montgomery County, Reznick Group has shown innovation in its dedication to sustainability. Aside from electronic filing systems and invoicing, donations of office furniture and laptops are a standard practice of the office. Further commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by our renewable energy practice area, consulting on technologies including wind, solar, geothermal, biomass, and energy efficiency.

Reznick Group and 18 other Green Certified Businesses now appear on the new Ride On Bus Ad campaign to encourage other companies to "Get On Board."

Jim recently presented the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Partner of the Year award and was reinstated to their board at their Annual Dinner and Board Meeting on June 9.
