Baltimore Tax Principal Cheryl Carter Discusses Loss Carry-Back Provision in Baltimore Business Journal


Baltimore Tax Principal, Cheryl Carter, is quoted in the April 2nd edition of the Baltimore Business Journal.  Ms. Carter discusses the increased usage of the Loss Cary-Back Provision, which allows companies to use their losses to offset profits in prior periods up to five years.  In past years, only companies with revenues of $15 million or less were eligible but this year Congress extended the rule to companies of all sizes, regardless of revenue.
