Kessler, Solomon Participate in the 5th Annual PERE Forum in New York

David Kessler, Bethesda Office Managing Principal, and Brent Solomon, Principal in charge of Reznick Group's Valuation and Transaction Advisory Group, served as moderator and panelists, respectively, for the 5th Annual PERE Forum, hosted on October 26-27, 2010 by PERE magazine.
The workshop, entitled Valuation: Has Reality Finally Set In? covered a wide range of topics related to real estate valuation in today’s marketplace. The discussion sought to provide answers to key questions like: With so few transactions taking place, how can real estate investors accurately assess property values? What are the current and future valuation metrics? What is the role of future cash flows and will NOI growth assumptions ever be used again?
Scott Farb, Chairman of Reznick Group’s National Commercial Real Estate Committee, was the moderator for a separate workshop: Real Estate Fund Operations: Evolution of the CFO’s Role.
