Marshall Phillips Presents at the Tennessee Preservation Trust Conference


On April 16th, Charlotte Consulting Senior Manager, Marshall Phillips spoke at the Annual Tennessee Preservation Trust Conference.  Mr. Phillips gave an update on current legislative activities for the Federal Historic Tax Credit program.  He also presented an overview of how projects qualify for credits, and how the owners can access the syndication market.  Additionally – Mr. Phillips presented case studies of various projects to give the attendees “real world” examples of successful historic tax credit projects.
