Mendelsohn Appointed to Urban Land Institute's Transportation Task Force


Ellen Mendelsohn, manager in Reznick Group's real estate consulting group, was appointed to the Urban Land Institute's Atlanta Chapter's Transportation Task Force.

The task force will focus on informing the metro Atlanta real estate development  community about the merits of House Bill 277, "Transportation Investment Act of 2010," (TSPLOST). An important legislative measure up for vote in the 2012 election year, the bill and it's project list list can help create a new development paradigm in Atlanta, create more livable and walkable communities through greatly expanded transit investments as well as showcasing the economic potential that will follow the transit that being built.

Mendelsohn also serves as the co-chair of ULI Atlanta's Center for Leadership Class of 2012.
