Tax Credit Advisor Magazine: Focus on Reznick Group Principals

The October 2011 issue of Tax Credit Advisor (TCA) magazine is teeming with news about Reznick Group and its principals. The publication features two Reznick Group principals who are making news in the affordable housing and tax credit industries.

Fred CopemanTCA interviewed Fred Copeman, Principal and leader of Reznick Group's Tax Credit Investment Services (TCIS) practice who discussed the firm's August 2011 study of the operating performance of Low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or housing tax credit) properties in a report - "The Low-income Housing Tax Credit Program at Year 25: A Current Look at Its Performance."

Copeman said "Our analysis of the data suggests that there has been no material deterioration in LIHTC property performance and that certain operating performance metrics significantly improved from 2008-2010." The Reznick Group report has been featured on the Marketwatch and Reuters websites and received much industry and Congressional attention. Copeman will provide an overview of the report's findings at the NH&RA Fall Developers Forum on November 14-15, 2011 in Boston.
